Carey graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing with her bachelor's degree in 2014. She was accepted into a nurse internship at the VA Medical Center's PACU and CICU where she was proud to serve our veterans. Carey graduated from South University in 2017 with her Master's Degree in Nursing with a specialization for Family Nurse Practitioner. She also graduated as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Carey has served as the Treasurer of the Oklahoma Chapter of the American Holistic Nurses Association, where she helped promote physical and mental well-being to Oklahoma communities.
