As a vascular internist, Dr. Silva feels privileged to help patients with a variety of simple and complex vascular disease. His clinical interests include deep vein thrombosis, complex thrombophilia, lymphedema, venous insufficiency and varicose vein treatment, among other conditions.
Dr. Silva endorses the school of thought that the treatment plan is a partnership between the treatment team (medical assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, vascular sonographers, doctors) and the patients and people who care for them in their lives. Being on the same page would likely lead to the best outcome. He feels privileged to provide care to Oklahomans at an institution known for its clinical excellence and focus on patient-centered care.

Personal Description
Dr. Silva enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He likes crafting things for them through 3D printing and laser engraving. They also enjoy road trips and visiting new places each time they go out.
