OHH Link is a secure, web-based portal that allows external healthcare entities, such as referring providers and primary care physicians, to view relevant patient information that is stored within Oklahoma Heart Hospital’s instance of Epic. Providers can refer patients to specialists at OHH, enter orders, and request procedures to be scheduled. During their patient’s care at OHH, non-OHH providers can be notified of their patient’s admissions, discharges, and transfers, as well as lab and imaging results. To close the loop at the end of patient care at OHH, referring providers can view discharge documents and more.
